Dale Bailey, Ph.D.

Dr. Bailey is a school psychologist and educational consultant providing professional consultation for School-Wide Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (SW-PBIS), Response to Intervention (RtI), and compliance with state and federal regulations regarding special education programming for students with disabilities. Dr. Bailey is a graduate of the APA and NASP approved School Psychology program at The University of Southern Mississippi, and he completed a pre-doctoral internship in behavioral pediatrics at the Child Development Center on the campus of the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. He is a founder and co-owner of Fluency Plus, LLC which specializes in providing educational and behavioral intervention services to children, families, and school personnel. He has served as the President of the Mississippi Association for Psychology in the Schools (MAPS), and he has worked as school psychologist in Mississippi as well as a professional consultant for the Mississippi and Louisiana Departments of Education and several school systems within those states. In those roles, Dr. Bailey has provided professional development and consultation regarding topics such as SW-PBIS, RtI, FBA, instructional and behavioral interventions, empirically-based disciplinary practices, and data-based decision making over the past 25 years.

 

William Swindol, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Mr. Swindol is an education consultant, interventionist, and positive behavior specialist providing professional consultation for Response to Intervention (RtI) and compliance with state and federal regulations regarding special education programming for students with disabilities. Mr. Swindol is Psychometrist and Board Certified / Licensed Behavior analyst in the State of Mississippi, a graduate of the NCATE accredited Special Education program at Delta State University with a specialization in mild/moderate disabilities (K-12), and holds a BBA with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from the same institution. He is a partner of Fluency Plus, LLC which specializes in providing educational and behavioral intervention services to children, families, and school personnel. Mr. Swindol has been involved in the development and implementation of individual reading, math, and vocabulary interventions designed to be use by school para-professional staff. He routinely advises Teacher Support Teams, supervises academic intervention activities, provides training on educational best practices, and manages student data. Mr. Swindol has been providing education services to numerous school districts for over fourteen years.
